BULGARIA AND ITS TRADITIONS IN NATURAL FOOD PRODUCTION
Bulgaria has been known for its fruits and wine grape production for centuries. The unique soil and climate conditions in Bulgaria are a prerequisite for the production of food with the highest taste and nutritional qualities. The four climatic seasons and the rich soil in Bulgaria enable the production of biologically pure fruits and wine grapes with great taste and nutritional qualities, which has been the world-known mark of Bulgaria for decades.
TRADITIONS IN WINEMAKING
The lands of today's Bulgaria were inhabited by many ancient civilizations for which the production and consumption of wine was part of their cul-ture. For the Thracians, wine had an important role in religious rituals. The ancient Thracians knew the process of winemaking, and wine was a sacred part of religious practices. All discovered Thracian treasures on the territory of Bulgaria are mainly composed of wine vessels - amphorae, phials, kylix-es. Viticulture is also reflected in many other monuments - votive tablets, bas-reliefs, painted vessels and coins with wticultural and wine-making depictions, found in all corners of Bulgaria. As heirs of the ancient civilizations who inhabited the lands of Bulgaria, we are developing the traditions of winemaking with modern technologies and approved practices.
OUR MISSION IS THE AGRICULTURE IN HARMONY WITH THE NATURE AND THE PRODUCTION OF ORGANIC FOOD AND WINES
Our farm is located in one of the cleanest and most beautiful areas of Bulgaria - along the Zlatna Panega river in the Lukovit region. From the very beginning of its foundation, our farm applies approved practices for the organic production of pure fruits and wine grapes. Our mission is to keep Nature clean and to produce islean food of the highest quality, taking advantages of the unique natural features of the region.
OUR PRODUCTION OF ORGANIC WINE GRAPES
On our 30 hectares vineyard, we grow organic wine grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Marselan, Pinot Noir, Petit Verdo, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Muscat Petit Grain and Viognier.
OUR ORGANIC WINE PRODUCTION
In our "Zlatna" winery, we produce organic wine under the Pure Wine brand from organic grapes grown in our vineyards. The capacity of the winery is up to 200 hl of wine per year.

Chardonay - limited edition of 2,000 bottles
Sauvignon Blanc - limited edition of 1,000 bottles
Viognier - limited edition of 2,000 bottles
